Bobcat Walkers – A convenient, free and simple way to fit walking into your work day. Cat Trails are designated walking paths on campus or at Castle that provide the distance walked. Check the Bobcat Walkers tab to join a current session.
The African Dance Lift-Off and the Rossum Kick Off Lift-Off – 10 minutes of energizing exercise performing movements inspired by traditional African Dance. The DVD offers easy-to-learn instruction guaranteed to conjure the rhythm of dance in everyone. DVD available by emailing while supplies last!
Group Exercise – Group Exercising is a fun way to schedule time to exercise and socialize with your colleagues and friends. A variety of classes, including cycling, Yoga and Pilates are offered Monday thru Friday at the Joseph Edward Gallo Recreation and Wellness Center. Check the schedule on the Campus Recreation Website.

Curves - Dedicated to women's fitness, Curves offers a proven 30-minute workout that combines strength training and sustained cardiovascular activity through safe and effective hydraulic resistance. Merced (209) 722-8783, Atwater (209) 357-9800.
Millennium Sports Club – Millennium owns and operates five full-service athletic clubs that are committed to enhancing bodies, renewing minds, and nurturing spirits. We provide state of the art health, fitness, recreational, sport and social programs, as well as facilities and amenities to all of our members and guests. Millennium offers a family atmosphere and wide variety of kids activities from karate, basketball, Day camps to swimming lessons, racquetball and tennis camps and clinics for juniors and adults.
In-Shape Health Clubs – In-Shape Health Clubs are full fitness facilities. The amenities include free weights, women’s only areas, large collection of weight lifting machines and cardio equipment. The clubs also offer a large variety of free group exercise programs. Class offerings vary by location. They strive to provide an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere for members to exercise in. There are over 25 Health Clubs state wide.
